Terms & Conditions
A note on cancellations during periods of public health disruption.
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings, including those affected by public health measures such as COVID-19, which are no longer treated as unforeseeable events. Willowvale Collection's cancellation terms are as follows:
Willowvale B&B
Changes or cancellations for this property need to be made at least 7 days before check-in. Cancelling within 7 days of arrival, or not showing up, will incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
Public holidays and long weekends carry stricter terms: full payment is required at the time of booking, and cancellations are non-refundable.
A $1 pre-authorisation is taken at the time of booking if outside the standard payment window. This is held against your booking and either applied to your stay or refunded if a cancellation meets our terms.
When payment is due, we'll send you a secure payment link for entering your card details. The figure shown may not include extra charges incurred during your stay beyond the agreed room rate and taxes, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Please note: Group bookings of three rooms or more require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Group bookings become non-cancellable and non-refundable once inside 30 days of arrival.

General Terms & Conditions
Check-in is from 2pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10am on departure. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged with management, subject to availability, though extra charges may apply.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 5 days ahead, along with a mobile number we can reach you on during your stay.
All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. A cleaning/deodorising fee applies, at management's discretion, if smoking is detected in your room or cottage.
Please note that any damage – including stains to furniture, carpets or linen – will require repair or replacement, with a fee charged at management's discretion for any damage sustained.
We provide quality linen, pillows, blankets, towels and kitchen equipment for your stay. A replacement fee applies for any items, including decorative pieces, that go missing from the property.
We put real care into our linen, so please avoid using it to remove make-up, fake tan or nail polish, as these stains are very hard to shift. Tissues and wipes are provided for that purpose instead. Where linen needs replacing due to this kind of staining, charges apply: $15 for a face washer, $20 for a hand towel, $25 for a bath mat and $35 for a bath towel.
Any accommodation charges or incidentals, including minibar use, will be processed at check-out using the card details on file.
Every guest is entitled to a peaceful, private stay, and we ask that all guests be considerate of others staying nearby. Where noise or disturbance becomes an ongoing issue, guests may be asked to relocate or leave the property, forfeiting the remainder of their stay without compensation.
If your accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances – fire, storm, flooding, electrical faults or urgent maintenance – we'll notify you as soon as possible and try to arrange a suitable alternative. If that isn't possible, any payments made will be refunded in full, with no further compensation offered.
Being a regional property, we follow strict fire safety regulations, which means log fires, firepits and candles may be restricted at certain times of the year. We appreciate your cooperation with these rules.
For reference, public-health-related circumstances can include health orders and advisories, quarantine requirements, travel restrictions, transport disruption, changes in law, and government directives such as evacuation orders or border closures.
